Products were great. Employee attitudes towards customers was excellent. Employees ability to work together was poor. Lots of... employees with lack of management towards efficient order organization and order priorities. Hoping to see better for thislittle shop in the future. Read more

Got in Saturday night. Been buying atleast one mocha a day, still after years this Aberdeen Starbucks is the worst one I have... ever been too, they never make your drinks right, constantly messing the orders up, often times most of the employees have nopersonality, just the worst starbicks ever. And most starbucks are getting really really bad, starbucks has forgotten what madethem great. Read more

Customer service is always great here. line sucks but that's not their fault, they keep it moving well. But I always ask for... light ice & got what looks like extra ice. Not the first time this has happened either. Ridiculous for the price of theirdrinks. Read more

New hours? Opening at 8:00AM doesn?t work for the people who want coffee before work. Closing at 4:00PM is a little early.... Waited in line 22 minutes and got to the window 3 minutes after 4:00PM and they wouldn?t take my order. There was still 2 carsbehind me. Wouldn?t you think to stay open a few minutes longer to take care of the customers who were their, waiting in linefor over 20 minutes. Read more

It?s super hard for me to know what to expect when coming here.. only about 60 percent of the time you have a decent experience.... The other 40 percent is messed up drinks, completely wrong orders, drive thru taking 20 min for 5 cars, not having anything instock (this was before the pandemic started, so just poor stocking) and more... my honest opinion is that the workers need to betrained better and given more time to train. I can see they?re trying their hardest and I do sympathize, I believe it?smanagement that needs to step up and this Starbucks could be amazing. Read more
