The staff and the food here were amazing. They were quick to get our food out. Even during a busy hour. Everything was hot and... fresh. The only thing is the waiter forgot to give us straws and we asked twice. Read more
The food was fresh but greasy. The waitress was prompt and curious. However we had to walk into the dining area as we waited... for a bit and nobody was seating us. At the time the waitresses were too busy sitting at a booth chit chatting. So the food wasOK just greasy ...But the main complaint would be waiting for so long to get seated. Read more
Hmm ???? I give the nice staff working here a 10 star ? nice and exceptionally friendly. The steak dinner we all ordered, I... thought was mediocre. Call me snobbish. Broccoli that came with it, mushy and buttery, not palatable. Steak salty, and came withsome sort of buttery sauce on top, that I didn't notice in the picture. Not much taste in the meat, but for the reasonableprice, you get what you pay for. No complaints there. Salad bar was okay, a bit messy. These days I know it's hard to getemployees and difficult to keep them. Everyone wants to work for free, or not work. No pride. At least they were friendly. Read more
The staff member I had was decent, she stayed up on my needs?. But the kitchen/food needs some serious improvement. I ordered a... medium done Ribeye and I got an over cooked one, buried in garlic butter?. If they are trying to out do a Maverick?s stylesteak, then they need to kick Paula Dean out of the kitchen. The broccoli is what should have had the garlic butter? definitelynot the best RT ive been to?. And for a small town they really should do better. Rip my ribeye. Been wanting to eat at a Ruby Tuesday?s for a couple years. Finally got the chance. Dreams crushed! Ordered delicious bbq pulled... pork (on left). Received barf on a plate (on right) It smelled sour and the waiter new I didn?t eat any of it (and don?t get mestarted on the disgusting bathroom and flies).The waiter was rude and scuffed at me for adding a drink order to my ticket!Adding! Not replacing or canceling! Worst experience ever. I?ve been a waitress on and off for 15 years and this was one of theworst dining experiences in my life. I wouldn?t eat there if they paid me! Great food, and good experience. The waiter made a mistake on my order, but it wasn?t worth correcting, and I appreciated the... opportunity to try new things (asked for sweet potato fries, but was served a sweet potato). Desserts are amazing. Read more
Food is usually good and it didn't disappoint this time. Service was quick. Salad bar was fresh.
