Best fried chicken I think I've ever had. Amazing! They also do to-go orders which is awesome!
Very friendly service. A very simple menu with a nice selection of foods for most appetites. I got the French dip au jus, it was... very good. Loved the crispy fries! Every one else in our party of four enjoyed their lunch as well (wrap and a crab cakesando..or something like that). No complaints. Dining area is one I appreciate. Resembles an older dinner atmosphere (loved itbecause it reminds me of my childhood). For those who want a bar, they have a full bar and lots of seating. Overall a middle of the road, nothing too special restaurant. We started with onion rings. These were ok but definetly... frozen. I thought the chicken wild rice soup was good. I had a filet and fries. I ordered the filet med rare and the cooklevel went from a rare to medium within the steak. Now I can have a steak at any of these temps but it should be consistent. Thefries were seasoned but these too were frozen. I didn't try the bread. The bread pudding was great. Meal size was good. Ingeneral everyone in our party had a good time. Service was very attentive.
