Had to wait over an hour for food that was still doughy and not even cooked all the way.
Just ordered 2 breakfast pizza's. Was told they just came out of the oven but the inside of the pizza was cold. There response... was I could wait another 30 mins and they would cook me 2 more. Well it was already a 50 min wait the first time. Read more
I work at Casey?s in Aberdeen in the kitchen and I really don?t think our manager?s know anything about food safety and being... sanitary? she makes us clean the bathrooms and get the trash outside? i?m not a lazy person I don?t mind cleaning or taking outthe trash but I don?t think it?s right that the person that handles food should do that.??????????.. there?s food safetyguidelines you got to follow?. What a waste of $24.16! The taco pizza used to be very good, told everyone that they would have to try it. Got this turd raw... dough, had sausage instead of hamburger no salsa and bad lettuces and tomatoes. We could not even eat this. We thought sinceCasey's has started to deliver they would have had a good pizza. What a mistake that was. Had to go and get Thazzapizza afterthis horrid excuse. Shame on Casey's. Read more
Terrible customer service. Last few times we have been there no one smiles. No one says hello. They do not even speak to you as... they are checking you out. I live across the street and do my business elsewhere. Please teach your staff the meaning ofcustomer service. Won?t kill them to smile and say hello and not give dirty looks to customers. Read more
