The 1 star is for the food. I enjoy BK food over many other fast food joints. But a culture has been established that EVERY... order must drive around to the parking lot to wait for their food has GOT to change. This is so their drive thru timers lookgood, however the true time for every order is probably around 4 minutes. The correct measure of time at the drive thru is ajoke at the Aberdeen BK location. This has been happening since B4 the pandemic. This would have never happened with theprevious owner who you would greet you at the drive thru window with a huge smile on his face! Read more
Very limited hours, due to staffing shortages you can wait nearly half an hour for an order. Also working on limited hours, and... sometimes just closed in the middle of the day with little warning. Read more
Placed an order, was charged, and they claimed they couldn't find the order. Manager told me to try again, so I did. He watched,... and verified the correct store was selected. Placed order and showed him my bank transactions to prove order had gone throughand was charged to my account. After paying for the same order twice, he still refused to give me the items I paid for. Managerwas extremely rude and disrespectful, showing zero management skill. This place is a scam. Read more
