I ordered a turkey wrap with curly fries. The fries were barely warm and looked like they were the crumbs left from lunch since... they were all little pieces, the bread/tortilla wrap portion of my turkey wrap was actually hard and dried out like it had beensitting out for a while and dried up. Do they make these ahead of time now or what? Love Arby's and generally enjoy the food butthe Arby's in Aberdeen leaves a lot of room for improvement. Read more

I eat here all the time and most of the time everything is good. Tonight 6/10, 8:30 p.m the service was horrible. We waited... almost 30 minutes to order because the kid at the window took one order at a time. When we ordered he tried to tell us wecouldn't do the Mac n cheese and small shakes for the meal. I told him since when I do it all the time. We get to the window thekids was rude basically threw everything at me out the window. Get home are food was cold and tastes horrible. Don't know if Iwill eat here again after tonight. Worst customer service I have ever seen. That kid at the window would have been fired if heworked for me. Js Read more
