If you go inside you can only use a chaos and you can only pay with a credit card asked if the special would ring up at the... special price of buy one get one for a dollar if I use the chaos they said oh yeah sure I will but no it did not of course sinceI don't have a receipt I didn't know until after I got home and figured up the prices . Update: 11/27/2020 Still Horrible! Added a picture was suppose to have mac sauce and lettuce added... charged us but didn't get... what we was charged for or our money back. the manager argued with us and said they will not fix anything. Pic added andreceipt. This happens all the time. We eat here at least 5 times a week and they are getting worst day by day. I think RobertTommie need a reality check if he telling the managers not to correct messed up orders that his workers mess up! They need toBOYCOTT THIS LOCATION!!! This is a black area and it is racist how he have them treating the black customers. If ppl spend theirmoney at this store they should get the food they ask for. I will be checking into boycotting this store! It is gettingridiculous. You can contact the owner, he does nothing to fix the situation. He is part of the problem! Too many ppl post badon Facebook about the experience, our experience is almost always bad! STEP YOUR GAME UP OR WE COMING FOR YOU! PERIOD! Thisplace is just horrible... if they mess up your order the manager is not willing to fix it... they argue with you! If they leavesomething off, u will have to go back through the line if they didn't charge you! What happened to the customer is alwaysright! This McDonald's does not have any real competition so they do what they want to do. Don't bother calling the owner, hedon't care. Fast food (not like warp speed fast, but fast enough) good prices for fast food and my recent use and experience with the app... has been great. If you haven't tried or don't know that McDonald's has an awesome, all inclusive app that not only has reallygood deals, which vary by store location and allows you to customize, place and pay for your order with the app so when you getthere its even faster than usual. Great deals and if you frequent McDonald's on the regular not only do you save money with thedeals through the app but you build points for future use and free food!!! Read more
Rude. Had an attitude with me even though I was nice and polite. I said thank you and got nothing but silence. Awkward. Also... didn?t fill up my smoothie cup but I wasn?t about to ask them to fix it considering the death stare she was giving me. Honestlywas afraid she?d fill it with spit. Ordered triple cheeseburgers with no onion and a large fry. At one point while I was in there I heard the managers tell the... employees to "just make it a regular mcdouble. I didn't realize until halfway into the first burger that it was a double. I workas a delivery driver so I didn't have time to go back and correct the order. Regardless of it being wrong it was good.
