We went yesterday for dinner, we ordered dahi golgappe, naan, salad, pneer dhaba sabji. Firstly, they forget to serve the... golgappe and directely served the dinner. When we told them they served the golgappe in 2 minutes and those were really verymessy and did not taste good. However, girls were very polite and nice. Morover, the quantity of pneer dhaba was not even enoughfor 2 person's and that cost $16. One another funny and worst thing happend with salad we ordered extra vinegar onions on sidethey just put in the same bowl and the lemon supposed to put on top but that was under the onions, we got the lemon in themiddle of our eating. It was such a great experience to host my first event here at Zaika. We had a Abbotsford Diwali Party with almost 100 people.... The total experience was really great awesome food, nice ambience and great people who served us without any issues. This place is consistently amazing. Plenty of variety for vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters. I always love starting with the... When we finally received service, it was good but their customer service skills definitely need work. We had been waiting to... seat for over 20 minutes this past weekend. There were employees stared at us and even walked by. I believe it was theirbartender? who was running in and out of the restaurant who asked us if we had been helped and told one of the other girls inthe corner to come help us. Went for the lunch buffet today. Ended up arriving at 2:15. They let us know the buffet ended at 2:30 so no new food would be... coming out. They let us look at the buffet and see if we were still interested with the remaining food. We agreed knowing it hadbeen sitting out for a bit and was a little more barren of the most popular dishes. Our waitress ended up bringing us a freshand hot buttered chicken and a new bowl of rice anyway to make sure we got their most popular item. The service was good. Ordered appetizers for the table which were just okay. Didnt stand up to the expectations. The food was... fine too.
