I went with some friends after swimming in the lake. The location was really convenient for us, the staff were really friendly,... and the Burgers were great. Not sure why their milkshakes now taste like McDonald's and they are runny. They are no longer using real dairy ice cream... anymore and it's obvious. Fries are no longer the nice hand cut Kennebec style they use to serve... now they've downgraded tofrozen flash fry garbage comparable to Wendy's.. Hand cut fries and triple O sauce is what White spot and Triple O franchisewas known for for decades... Very sad that this B.C. gem restaurant has cut corners on quality making them just as sub par astheir competitors. Will not return or spend another dime, quality is no longer here definitely not worth the 15 minute wait?????? Read more
I love the triple O's the food is always good however lately they have been very slow. Not sure if it's because only 1 person is... working but today I had to wait 20 minutes before even ordering because there were 2 cars in front of me. It wouldve been fasterfor me to go inside and place my order. Read more
Had an issue with a malfunctioning coffee cup that spilt in my car and the matter was quickly resolved, they also have the best... hashbrowns out of any Triple O's restaurant I've ever been to. They are the only location that puts the proper amount of saltand pepper on them. Read more
The service was excellent!! The guy was so friendly. The three stars are for the milkshake. The recipe might have changed? It... was so thin, not like the old fashion milkshakes they used to make. It was extra frothy too, I felt like I was drinking air.Disappointed. Read more
We ordered two milkshakes as a treat. We waited 20 minutes with only two cars ahead of us. Got to the window and watched the guy... making the milkshakes moving slow as molasses. He handed them to me with no whipped cream on top so I asked if we could pleasehave the whipped cream. He replied saying they were out of whipped cream, so I said that we would rather not have the milkshakesthen without it. Then he said actually they do have whipped cream but I would have to wait ten minutes for him to make it andproceeded to tell me how complicated it is to make the whipping cream in the container. I finally got frustrated and decided totake our 15 dollar milkshakes with no whipped cream on top. Then took a sip and it was like drinking chocolate syrup, runny andSO sweet. So I parked and took mine in and asked for a refund and the girl I spoke to argued continually with me that thewhipping cream doesn?t cost any extra so I couldn?t be upset about that and that they had served a lot of milkshakes today andthey use a recipe. I just wanted my money back but she refused because I ordered the milkshakes. Yes, I ordered the twomilkshakes, but if you don?t have the ingredients (or are too lazy to make them), then please don?t charge me 15 dollars forthem. The arguing was just absolutely silly. The burgers and poutine were good ! The garlic fries was salty !
Paid $26 for 2 burgers and 1fries. The burgers were burnt and there was very little triple o sauce.fries were just a bunch of... little pieces. For the money, I expect close to perfection .Not happy Read more
