Very rude and always in a rush and food is a hit and miss

Absolutely zero customer service skills in this Tim Hortons. I was literally the only customer, and one staff standing at one... till completely ignored me until another staff came to the second till to take my order. Just tell people you aren?t open andsomeone will be right with you! That?s not even it?. They got my simple order wrong, and then left me standing there and didn?teven bother to give me my food. Ordered dark roast with 1/2 french vanilla, paid for french vanilla price but they gave me just black coffee with nothing in it
