Best Tim Hortons I've been to in years. I recently moved to the area and being a long-time Tim's drinker, find most restaurants... to be either terrible or hit and miss. These guys are always friendly, fast drive thru service and I've never had a bad coffeeyet. Well done and thanks! Read more
Worst service. Went inside to beat drive thru. There must have been 9 people behind the counter? not one person acknowledged the... man in front of mewaiting patiently.. not even a ?I?ll be with you in a minute.? Every employee behind the counter just lookedat the line as it grew and still ignored guests. You?ll get better customer service at McDonalds. Read more
Went through drive thru and ordered 4 roast beef craveables extra onions. Got the food, my daughter looked at them and they had... no onions on them, plus they were on sandwich bread not a telera bun. Daughter went in to replace them, and the young lady insandwich station starting bickering with her. No name tag on. Pretty professional if you ask me. Make it right, not argueespecially with my daughter. It?s the sandwich persons job to let the order taker know when you are out of stuff. Next timemaybe train better people. Read more
They gave me and my grandma frozen muffins and her coffee was also wrong 2creams 2 sweeter instead received black terrible... customer service .very disappointed.
