Service here sucks, the staff are not friendly at all. Food sucks. Today I ordered a cheddar Jalapeno bagel lightly toasted with... herb and garlic cream cheese and 2 apple fritters. The fritters were basically frozen and the bagel basically inedible, so burntand not even cut in half. I cut up my gums and hurt my jaw trying to eat it, threw out more than half of it. I visit thislocation every Saturday morning to get coffee and breakfast for my husband works works ot on Saturdays because it's just up thestreet from his work. I won't be visiting anymore. Read more

They got my order wrong twice, I asked 2 different employees for a maple bacon breakfast wrap and both times got a breakfast... sandwich, and 2 different sandwiches to boot. And I saw them making wraps for the drive thru so not sure what the issue was. Read more
Continuously cut me off while trying to order through the drive thru, and because of this got my order wrong. The person ... working the window proceeded to pass each item as quickly as possible, making it uncomfortable to place my items in my vehicleas they were coming at me. This location always gets my order wrong. And I can't tell because they never repeat it back or put it on the screen. Ordered 2... chicken wraps and 2 drinks (no modifications or anything difficult) and only got one of each. Instead of offering to get meanother of each, they just said "oh well, we only charged you for 1" and sent me on my way. Didn't want to go through againbecause we waited quite a while and were only 3rd in line. Typical of this location. Always super slow. Read more
I asked for the new brewed iced tea quencher. The lady very laughed at me I said we don't have that kind of stuff here. I told... her well it's on the menu and it says new and I've had it here before. So yes you do. She stopped for a second and then justsaid "mmm k. What else". With an attitude for no reason. I love Tim Hortons , but not this location, super unorganized. They make u wait up to 10 minutes for your drink and it?s not... even made properly. When I went in their to get someone?s attention I had to raise my voice. On top of it I was overcharged andI got a completely different drink then I ordered. This location needs to seriously close down or get a new DM. But again I loveTim Hortons , but NOT this location. I ordered a mocha , can anyone explain what this is and why I was charged double ? I just started a new job around the corner so I come here for coffee everyday and sometimes lunch. Out of my 8 visits to this... location, My order has been correct twice. Employees need to work on listening to customers. Read more
