Service here sucks, the staff are not friendly at all. Food sucks. Today I ordered a cheddar Jalapeno bagel lightly toasted with... herb and garlic cream cheese and 2 apple fritters. The fritters were basically frozen and the bagel basically inedible, so burntand not even cut in half. I cut up my gums and hurt my jaw trying to eat it, threw out more than half of it. I visit thislocation every Saturday morning to get coffee and breakfast for my husband works works ot on Saturdays because it's just up thestreet from his work. I won't be visiting anymore. Read more

They got my order wrong twice, I asked 2 different employees for a maple bacon breakfast wrap and both times got a breakfast... sandwich, and 2 different sandwiches to boot. And I saw them making wraps for the drive thru so not sure what the issue was. Read more
Continuously cut me off while trying to order through the drive thru, and because of this got my order wrong. The person ... working the window proceeded to pass each item as quickly as possible, making it uncomfortable to place my items in my vehicleas they were coming at me.
