horrible service, never have anything in stock, and are just overall really rude. i ordered a bagel with cream cheese and when i... took a bite of it, there was a minuscule amount of cream cheese. everytime i go i get more and more disappointed. but i stillkeep going back because the other food options are further away. I would honestly give this location 0 stars if I could. Staff here are plain rude and act like they hate their life... which I... understand and I'm sure the job doesn't pay much but they let people wait in line for 20-30 mins just for a coffee while theytalk to each other. There is zero sense of urgency here for such a busy location. I've also seen staff not follow the foodsafety regulations, touch their hair and then continue to serve people without washing their hands. This place need a seriouscustomer service reform. Read more
