Stopped by during our latest visit to Abbotsford all the way from Toronto after multiple recommendations from family in the... area. We were not disappointed one bit. This immediately became one of our favourite bakeries/cafes anywhere, in any city. Theambiance is warm, comfortable, and welcoming. Staff are super friendly. And the food - my goodness - you would probably notrealize was all GF. My recommendations for your first visit: the BLT on focaccia, and their vegan apple fritters. So this was my 1st time here. I was craving a fresh donut, and this was 1 of the places that came up. I've heard so much about... the Polly Fox, that I had to give it a try! I bought the breakfast sandwich on Foccaccia bread, and it was AMAZING!!!! (I askedfor extra mayo, cuz I love my sauces) I also bought an Apple Fritter, and I was in love! Friendly staff. Perfectly clean. I got the chicken sandwich on waffles. Easily one of the most well built sandwiches I?ve ever... had. Multiple levels of umami from the havarti cheese and chicken, balanced by the arugula and sweetness of the waffle. Lots oftexture. It is the perfect sandwich. Good coffee too. Love coming to the Polly Fox this cafe/bakery has some very unique teas that I wish they could also sell the teas in bulk to... customers their so delicious. Has yummy pastries like donuts, cookies, and other unique items that are gluten free. They have afew of their food mixes that you can bake to take home and make yourself a very nice idea if you want to make something at homeif you can't frequently make the trip to go to The Polly Fox regularly. I loved eating there they make and bake from scratch intheir bakery/cafe I had a chicken sandwich has very nice flavor with bree In it. I do love their peach paradise tea not tosweet and find it to be also savory! Today this time tried a different tea for a change called Japan's treasure different fromthe other tea very bold on flavor not to bitter its a more green tea liked it very much I recommend. I very much wish that theysold the tea itself as well! And the poly shop is close to other shops and a used bookstore a nice area to browse the shops andthen come into the Polly Fox to relax with your tea or coffee with a sandwich or pastry!???? Clean, welcoming, and a nice location to sit and enjoy a cup of your favorite warm drink. I highly recommend Polly Fox,... especially those with a gluten allergy. You have got to try their banana bread!!! Edit: I had the pleasure of speaking to theowner. I've been gluten intolerant for 15+ years, and the Polly Fox is a godsend. So many good choices, well labeled for someone with... more dietary issues than just gluten, and they clearly care so much. I often bring my husband or friends who can eat gluten withno problems for lunch and they enjoy it just as much as me! The only thing I would change was if they had longer hours duringthe week or were open Sunday/Mondays, just to be able to enjoy the baked delights more frequently! Read more

We got the vegan BLT on a waffle and some treats like apple fritter, donut, and ginger cookie. Their GF baking is actually... delicious especially the fritter!
