Did the order online because of a coupon.when we ate our subs I discovered they really cheaped out on toppings,where I had added... more there was hardly any(2 pickles on one half) amongst others,missed sauce,and salt added when I said none.In other wordsorder in-house and watch them like a hawk.Also not a handicap friendly store.If I didn't have my wife there to open the door Imight not have gotten in. BUYER BEWARE! This past weekend I attended this store for lunch as I was in the local hospital with my daughter and this was the... closest store. I attended at approximately 2:00pm on Sunday July 31st and ordered two foot long ham & cheese subs. The servicewas very lack lustre but it is subway so I don?t expect anything ?grand?. The subs tasted fine however that didn?t stay thatway. Both of us have been violently sick since with food poising. This meal was the only thing that both of us ate the same thatday and are sure it came from this establishment. When I called the store to speak to manager so I could advise them a youngwoman picked up. I was told by her there is no way I could get food poisoning from their store and that I was wrong. I told herwe had listeria (as diagnose by a doctor) and that the only lunch meat we ate was from her store. She again told me that I waswrong. I asked her to take down my name and number and have the manager call me. She took my name but at first was refusing totake my number. I told her this was very serious and I needed to speak to the manager. I will be shocked at this point if I doget a call. Very poor customer service and I warn everyone to be careful here in the future. Read more

Abysmal. Service was non existent. Had to ask for meatball sauce on my meatball sub, which turned out to be a soup consistency... not a sauce. Vegetables were missing for selection. Soda from the machine was flat. 8pm Wednesday March 30th 2022. Pictureincluded showing lack of sauce on meatball sub even after asking for sauce. Got a combo for $8, not worth it. Tossed sandwich inbin after 2 bites. Will not return to this location again. Read more
Washrooms were clean, that was the good part. By far the worst "sandwich artist" I have ever seen. Once she was done completely... squishing the beard she then had a lot trouble getting toppings right but when that was all said and done the sandwich lookedlike it had been picked out of trash when it was served. The service is always great! My biggest complaint is that it is the stingiest Subway I've ever been to. My salad or sandwich... toppings in this Subway is always half of what other Subways automatically put on. Also, if you ask for a little more of anitem, it is literally 'as little as possible' more. Sadly, this is the closest one to my home. Read more
