I have been here twice and was very pleased with the experience and food! Ordering on the app was easy and straightforward. I... noted my gluten allergy, and they wrote on my order to confirm that they knew about it which helped me not worry aboutaccidentally having gluten. Lots of vegetarian options too! I thought the portions looked a bit small at first, but with what Ihad (the build your own bowl), it was actually the perfect about of food, not too much or too little. And the price that I paid($13) was very reasonable for the quality of food! Staff were also friendly which was lovely. Come hungry! This place will knock your socks off with their fresh, filling and well portioned bowls! If this place had a few... more seating options I'd be a regular for sure! They even modified my friends' bowl to not have the fish and discounted theprice of the meat which was nice, especially for someone who was new to Poke. While the quality of food is fantastic, I'm becoming concerned over a few things. As if a single bowl of Poké starting at $15... wasn't bad enough ($15 gets you a meal almost everywhere else), they recently started charging an extra $3 for a single scoop ofPoké meat whereas a the first scoop was included in the base price. I also just had an experience where I scheduled a pick-upfor 30 minutes later and the app reported it was done in less than a minute. I went in and asked to have it remade and noproblems. But what annoyed me was the clerk didn't even ask "Would you like this one too?" Pretty much EVERYWHERE ELSE wouldhave given the option on such a mix up, but not this store. Not to mention the multiple time I walk in just for them to tell methey are out of rice. Read more
