Called in and ordered pizza, came at the designated pickup time, paid for our order, tipped well and waited a couple minutes.... Then we were told they never put the order in and never actually made the pizza lol. The manager then took our order again overthe counter, the order was very specific for our family as there are lots of allergies. We were then told to wait 10 minutes forour order. We come back inside and we had to wait maybe another 5-10 minutes and then we got our pizza. We quickly checked thepizza to make sure the substitutions were made only to find out they were not. When we explained what substitutions we asked forthe manager said we did not actually request those substitutions, even though they would've had our original order in theirsystem in the first place. As a compensation they gave us a coupon for a free cookie, which we did not feel was sufficient forthe wait time plus inaccurate order. The pizzas were still fine (except for not including the substitutions) though we weredisappointed with the organization, management and compensation. Read more
I'm a fan of Panago, and I think it's great that it's a local company, but go to the South Fraser Way location. The quality of... their product is much higher. Pizza from the Immel location is often undercooked, and they mix up order items with delivery/skipetc. Read more
I've had both good, & bad experiences. Definitely had way more good experiences though. Can honestly say that Panago has been... my go-to Pizza place for the last 20 years. And I would have posted 5 st?rs instead of 4, but for around a year in thebeginning of the covid pandemic, they refused to take cash, so I went elsewhere. ~However, & thankfully, they do take cash againlol Read more
My last two orders were incorrect. First a regular amount of cheese ended up being two or three flakes. Then today my order... arrived with half with only sauce on it. They said their online ordering requires you to always order both halves separately.But why? Why such a complicated system. They were also unwilling to fix the issue. I ordered a pizza the other night and while waiting for it to finish being cooked (hadn?t even been made despite me being a few... minutes late to pick it up), I listened and watched multiple staff members making comments regarding my order. The girl who wasmaking the pizza, made multiple comments about who would actually eat that and about how weird it was and was overall just veryjudgmental. Another individual walked past the individual boxing and cutting it up, and laughed and made a comment about howsomeone would actually eat that. It made me uncomfortable and and feel like an inconvenience while sitting there waiting for myorder. I now wonder what they say when the customer isn?t present. I don?t eat dairy so I order my pizza without cheese but Iwill be avoiding this location. The food tastes good but the staff mêmbers left service to be desired. Read more
Pretty good pizza. They have some rather unique pizza variations. Phone ordering is easy and it seems like they're always giving... me credits towards my next order. This is really a take out only place though, no seating. Read more
