What an awful customer service. I work in the mall. I had 30 minutes break. I went to get food there. Stood there for about 2-3... minutes and the girl is working on her stuff and didn't bother saying hi or taking my order. Then, they laughing and made mefeel like she doesn't wanna take my order. Then the next customer Just ordered a drink, they started laughing at how small theorder was. The girls were speaking punjabi and customer had no idea what they are talking about but you can tell she feltuncomfortable. Worst customer service. We felt a bit hungry while walking in the Sevenoaks Mall and decided to hit the Food Court. OPA! caught our eye, but there was... no one at the counter. There was a note about something not being available that I read just in case it was informing us thatthey were closed. By and by a lady appeared and asked what we would like. We decided on the Olympus Bowls, one with rice andshrimp and the other with fries and lamb. We handed over a gift card we had, but that seemed to confuse the teller. By and byshe got help and we grabbed our drink and went to sit and wait for our food. After a while we saw the order was up and I broughtit over to the table. We were not disappointed in the food at all. Our verdict is that, for C$20, two can get a very nice mealfrom OPA!. We'll be back. Read more

Worst customer service ever, got sent the completely wrong order then called and they said we will send your meal then an hour... later still not arrived so I called again and they said when you come here next your mea will be free but that is not What I wasinitially Told I told my food was coming and then the female tried to say that they weren?t going to be sending me my food and Ihave to go into the mall where they are located to get my free meal yet I am sitting here waiting as I?m starving and I want tohave lunch with my son. Love the calamari and Greek salad. The calamari is nicely seasoned and looks to be breaded fresh! I just wish they would offer... coupons or deals once in a while. Read more

Decent food. The staff was more interested in socializing with each other than their job, and were quite rude and abrupt. The... food was stuffed into the takeout container quite poorly, was like it was rush despite not being busy. All around food is prettygood, staff not so much so. Would not go again. Read more

Opa is usually pretty delicious but this location is severely lacking. Service was okay and food came out fast, but my calamari... was so overcooked it was borderline inedible. It was like chewing on rubber bullets. Definitely not worth the price. Read more
