We ordered a bacon double cheese poutine, and were told that there was no cheese curds or sauce, so they would compensate with... regular gravy. When we got the food, it was smothered by sour cream. It's one thing to give us the wrong thing, but they gave usso much that it was completely soggy. Then we found out that they did have the curds. Read more

Was going to order a hot dog and a drink when this older women ( manager ?) who finally took my order. Got as far as far as... hotdog when she asked me something which I didn?t understand asked her to repeat, when she rudely pointed at machine that?s theprize and walked away. When I was there there were so many moldy buns on display????. There was an older lady who seemed to be in charge, she was... yelling at customers and fellow employees. It seemed the slightest set her off. That is not a good work environment. She wasalways in a bad mood whenever I saw her. Some workers would touch their face or hair then go right back to work without washingup, gross. Have found hair in my food multiple times. They should wear hairnets because some employees, including the boss, hadlong hair not tied up or anything. Not going back until I see some change. Read more
