Very Bad service!!!! They were 1 of 3 restaurants that ruined my Birthday :(. About a week before, I got an e-mail saying I get... $5. for my birthday. I e-mail back asking how it works. They do Not e-mail me back. I drive to another city just over 1/2 anhour away and the supervisor says she knows nothing about the birthday $5. I should have taken a photo but no one should haveto. Been put through over 20 months of Hell and Pain Already and forgot. I contacted again and got no response or not going tofix it especially properly. Very Bad service Nandos!!!! Today was my first time visiting Nando's and I was not disappointed! First off the women ( I didn't catch her name) deserves a... trophy in customer service. I went to Nando's Abbotsford location earlier this week. food was no doubt good, but the garlic bread was cold. we were 3 people... dining in but only served 1 glass of water. this store lacks customer service. the cashier was very rude and unprofessional whodidn't knew how to add items to the order. another lady jumped in to help her but she was rude as well. a person goes out torelieve the stress they get from working a long day but when they see gestures like this it ruins their day more, please keepthat in mind before you roll your eyes on someone in future. thanks Read more

My friend and I decided to go to Nando's after another place was way too busy. I admit we both where a bit confused about the... ordering process at first. But when confused ask questions right! The Food was awesome! Perfect heat index combos! To top it offthe lady who I think is the General Manager was fantastic with some basic chit chat. Ordered peri Peri chicken wing for 19 dollars and chicken liver for 11. Tastes horrible. The chicken wing is so plain it doesn't... have any flavors. I didn't order plain wings. Any wings from a fast food restaurant tastes better. I suggest avoiding thisrestaurant. Read more

The food is mediocre, other locations are better. The restaurant is not very clean and the tables and chairs don?t look wiped,... with food on them. The woman with the big black glasses that takes your order at the front is never friendly? ever, and I?vebeen here a lot. She Scowls at you with the dirtiest look on her face while asking you if you need any napkins as if you areinconveniencing her.
