The server could have been a bit more informative and enthusiastic. The food was just overloaded with spice but no flavor as... such. Yes, the vegetable was fresh but the spice was just overtaking the natural flavor. The beef was very hard to chew and notas tender as it is supposed to be. There was a big hype about that place, so I gave it a try but it is overpriced and really notworth it. But that is just me as I love my food. Go and make your own decision. But if you really want good grilled Asian food,visit places in Richmond and Surrey. They seem to get it right. Read more
Visited Go Grill for the first time today. Will definitely be back. Ordered the Butter Chicken Masala, wife ordered a Chicken... Teriyaki bowl and my daughter had the Chicken Bacon wrap. All of it fresh and delicious but the customer service was incredible.Very clean, friendly and engaged, even provided a rewards card to visit again. Nice to get good service these days. Read more

Tried this place once last year, food was ok, but the veg portion was pretty much just cabbage. I tried it because I was told... those in the complex get a 10% discount and it's close. I tried it again today, I think the owners may have changed, but theteriyaki didn't taste like teriyaki (all I could taste was ginger), the rice seemed perhaps a little undercooked and there wasno discount. On a %7.99 dish, they're not loosing much, but extending a courtesy to those in the same complex which many mallstores do. Read more

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Unlike some pick and choose places they have preset menu which I like. The... szchuan chicken was delicious and delightfully spicy, and the two side sauces they gave let me customize to my needs. I alsolove that they offer brown rice, which for weight watchers folks is a nice bonus. Will be going here every time I'm around forlunch. Read more
