this is the second time we have had poor service. My buddy and I ordered the same dishes. my order came and his never arrived.... repeated calls to the waitress and the owner were ignored. with just : its on its way. i finished my meal and the 2 bills werespeedily delivered . my buddy was billed for a non existant meal. 50 minutes later he walked out with a take out container . wewill never eat there again. The portion sizes of their combos are enormous. We arrived for dinner and had no problem finding a table. I ordered a combo... that included chicken balls, chow mein and chop suey. I was charged an extra $2 to change out beef for chicken chop suey. Service was friendly and quick. If you are looking for a low cost but large Chinese food feast, look no further. Read more
Always satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food but the service is impersonal to the point we would call it dead. We... don't tip because they charge $1 for the 5 cent take out container needed to carry away our left-overs. If we ordered as apickup there would be no such charge. So, we take the view that the container charge is their tip ... less than we would haveleft them if they weren't trying to squeeze it out of us or if there had been any hint of customer appreciation. Lunch was quite cheap for the amount of serving they have. Recommend this restaurant for those peeps who are on a budget.
Definitely not the same since the owners kids took over. The word around is that is why things have gone downhill. The portions... For take out are much smaller for example. As well if you have a complaint, they don?t care. And trust me, mistakes are made. Norestaurant is perfect. And it really is not a big deal because of an imperfection, but it all comes down to how a restaurantdeals with that error. Read more
We have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant in the Fraser Valley. Our family's happy to find this gem. Great food! ... Flavors and portions were spot on. But what really stood out for us was the thoughtful, attentive and friendly service fromeach of the staff who helped made the dining experience worth the drive from the neighboring city. Lunch special is deal, great portion and amazingly inexpensive. Foods taste ok. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere (huge space)
