On Friday I ordered a Double Quarter King with large fries, drink and treated myself with some mozzarella sticks. Burger was... really good and to be honest if I had just gotten that it would be a 4 or 5 star review. However the sticks were over cooked somost of the cheese inside had popped out somewhere along the way. The fries originally were cooked perfectly and had the properamount of salt. Something happened though halfway through the fries when I took a bite and it was legitimately the most vile anddisgusting taste I've ever had from a past food restaurant. I don't know if a rubber glove fell in and melted into a fry or ifthe fry was old and moldy but it absolutely ruined the meal for me and literally left a bad taste in my mouth. It has been awhile since I had gone to burger king before this and I don't think I can return after that incident. Read more
We ordered lunch today from our South Fraser Burger King and we couldn?t resist leaving a very amazing review, as it?s... definitely absolutely warranted and deserved to a great professional named Sandy, Who I found out today on the phone is theassistant manager? Let me break this review down for you like this? We have eaten at Burger King for many years, however I?venever met Sandy in person, as other people had always picked up my food for me and now we order through Skip The Dishes. We hadan order today consisting of two amazing huge whoppers and a chicken fry meal with French fries and these were all amazing! Ihighly recommend our Burger King on S. Fraser Way in Abbotsford, as the greatest experience ever and I hope that the CEO of thiscompany will give this amazing assistant manager Sandy a promotion for being the best professional ever, she absolutelyrepresents Burger King above and beyond the call of duty? thank you Sandy for always leaving the best taste in our mouth? One of the worst customer service.this is the 5th time, selling us old nuggets, arguing a lot, it was the manager. One of the... slow service burger king. So rude behaviour. Absolutely absurd customer service experience with the leading manager Jas. We simply ordered our food, then realized that... there fountain machine for refills was down so we politely asked if we could upsize our drink to a large due to there being norefills. Because we just paid 2 seconds prior the manager (jas) had an issue with us paying the difference it was literally 2seconds after we placed the order. She had looked at another employee and started gossiping to them regarding our request.(Keep in mind she wasn?t near the cashier counter, but over by the fry station) Once she came to the cashier counter She wasverbally yelling in our face because we had politely asked for a upsize in our drink cup. She refused multiple times saying shecannot upsize as it?s out of ?her control? that she just works there and that her manager will not allow her to make suchchanges. At that point we again politely said if you?re not willing to allow us to upsize that we would like our full refundfor the food that hasn?t been made or even started on. She once again refused and continued raising her voice, I asked her in acalming manner if she could please stop yelling at us as she?s causing a scene and that the whole restaurant was now beingdisturbed. She went on to say she?s not yelling (while continuing to do so) We requested several times for our refund with hernot doing anything saying she cannot. I said after the customer service experience we just had here we do not want your food orto support this location please call your higher up manager and get our refund. After a good 5 mins of being yelled at and toldshe can?t do anything she then gets off the phone for the second time with a manager and said I can only give you cash refundnot MasterCard. The foods okay alot of the burgers are microwaved but anything that comes out of the deep fryer is almost always dropped as soon... as you order so consistently hot. They are criminally understaffed and that leads to overworked employees so the manager ispretty unfriendly if im being honest but where she falls short in customer service she makes up for it with little things likescooping extra fries or onion rings in the bags or giving discounts that don't apply to the day you buy. In person I don't thinkI've ever paid full price for a whopper its always at the discounted 2 for price. And the whoppers are always fresh there therest of burgers are pretty middle of the road but the whopper is still fantastic. Over all its fine definitely a drive thruexperience don't go inside the atmosphere is really miserable these people are so overworked and understaffed hats off to themfor putting that level of effort in honestly. Whopper, no pickles, no ketchup is one of my wife's and I favorite burgers. The coffee's not up to much. The chocolate shake is... good. Watch the calories! Have never gotten past a whopper to try other menu items. Read more

B-R-U-T-A-L-!-!-! 10 minutes in line. Another 30 to get my food. Checked my order before leaving and it was missing... items. Only one worker was showing any sign of hustle. Everyone was else was moving like they were out for a Sunday stroll. Lotsof the staff have "In-training" on their name tag.
