Never arrive here early I arrived here at 8:40 Sunday the website said they opened at 9 and it was still dark So I checked and... the store said It opens at 10 on Sunday?s I thought I can wait an Hour 10 came along still dark no one there i will never returnhere. honestly they need to hire different staff. went there today to ask for a pretty standard drink with only request being extra... scoop of protein, she then proceeeds to make my drink and i can see her making my drink and putting in 2 half scoops rather thanfull scoop. so i ask her to do full scoop and she asks me to pay more when i already paid extra initially i?m like ? uhm no.what bull shi* the drink as well was not made properly overall too definitely worst location to get your drink or food from.will not be returning. rather sad as it?s close to home. So I?ve noticed a common, kinda crooked practice. Here in Abbotsford, at the two different stores I?ve been to a number of... times. They like to short you on the amount you get. Often leaving it at least 1/2-3/4 inches from the top. Then they?ll put thelid on, swirl it around a bit, so the drink hits the top of the lid, making it look full when lid is on. Watch carefully nexttime! They swirl the cup every single time I?ve had one!! And what?s the point of swirling the cup, other than to get drink totouch the lid? The smoothie itself was just fine and my two kids loved their smoothies as well. It was only slightly busy and took a long time... to get our order so we were in the store for some time. The issue I had with the store was not in the service or the drinks wegot, it was with the very loud music playing while we waited. It was really loud and a lot of inappropriate language. While I'mnot a prude and am totally okay listening to music like that in my home or at a friend's house, I felt it was rude consideringthe type of business and the fact that young kids were in the store. My kids heard f bombs loudly in every song that played, itwas so loud it couldn't be ignored. Hopefully their music choices aren't as bad every single day! Read more

Wait time for a booster juice is ridiculous. You'd think they would have more than one person on staff taking orders to... accommodate their customers but they don't. Waited in line for more than 20minutes before even ordering. Just terrible customerservice on the managements part, the one person on staff was doing her best to keep up but you definitely need more than oneperson working here to keep up with the traffic.
