I worked here for about two months, it is just a place to get experience, but after a bit, the other girls, most specifically... the younger ones did not appreciate me going above and beyond what was expected from me. Do not ever work for Ken, he willcompletely waste your time and will change his mind on how things are to be run and what he expects from you as a barista. I anda few other acquaintances are quite angered by working for him, he will believe every little white lie that is said and won?tactually investigate, and late paycheques are always a thing. I love Blenz and was STOKED to see that one was opening 5 minutes away from me! I was in twice this week and had super tasty... drinks and treats. Additionally, Ellen was lovely. She helped me craft an even better drink when I explained what I wantedcompared to what I was ordering. The chocolate croissant and gingerbread oatmilk latte were great. Came here yesterday randomly while killing time. I am not very familiar with Blenz and the staff was extremely helpful with... helping me veganize my drink. Both staff members were knowledgeable, accommodating, and welcoming. I appreciate that they alsohad vegan brownies. I've also never been asked if I want my brownie heated up before. It was delicious. We were there for opening day and were very impressed with the new coffee shop. The staff were super friendly and the place... looked great! We ordered some hot chocolates and the dark hot chocolate is delicious. I like it much better than milk chocolate.They even have white chocolate too. The pastries looked tasty but will try next time.
