They actually serve the blizzards upside down!!!!! We live in surrey bc, and they NEVER do it. My kids were shocked when they... handed them upside down. Pretty funny But makes you miss the good old days when all dqs did this. Read more

Chicken strip value meal is not really a value with the tiny pieces of chicken and the few fries that were in the 2 boxes... ordered. Asked for sweet and sour dipping sauce for both. Got BBQ dipping sauce. Asked for ketchup. No ketchup. Read more

We were today at 1 PM in the DQ and wanted to order 4 different burgers, we only got 2 because the others were probably sold... out. This is the 2nd time today that DQ some burger varieties no longer had. The burgers and fries were horrible. Way tooexpensive for such a bad meal. Read more

Seriously the last time I?ll go to this location. 25 minutes at the drive thru for 5 vehicles. Just to get to the window and... they don?t have my order entered. Wait at the window for 5 minutes and then they ask me to wait another 10 minutes in a stallfor the meal. This place has been the worst and it isn?t getting any better. Management is horrendous. I appreciated they were willing to make a Chocolate Cherry Blizzard eventhough it wasn't on the menu anymore. Both our blizzards... were okay but mine didn't have much chocolate. I asked for a teaspoon amount of just ice cream for our cat, and was willing topay the existing 99 cent addition charge or something. However the guy insisted the only way I could get any ice cream was tobuy the $2 child's cone. As the cat doesn't eat much when travelling I wanted to treat him so I bought it. As expected he wasonly able to eat a teaspoon amount and we threw out the rest. I won't stop there again. Read more
