I was the only customer in the drive thru with Noone inside either. I refused to move to the parking lot to wait for my food and Elizabeth at the drive thru asked if I wanted a refund instead. Said I had to move. I said I would if someone pulled up behind me. She was very rude and ignorant to me so I filled out a complaint and when the manager called she said that her employee was just following procedure and that I was banned from the location. Unbelievably poor customer service and management. Head office needs to fix this location and get new management. She decided I was banned even before hearing my side and for no valid reason.
